Terms of Service

Stallion applications are private. There is no open signup: an account exists because someone granted it, for a specific application, and access can be withdrawn. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in details to yourself.

Accounts are personal. Sharing one credential between several people defeats the per-person separation these applications are built on, and is not permitted.

Use the applications for the purpose you were given access for. Do not attempt to reach another person’s data, probe or circumvent access controls, disrupt the service, or use it to break the law.

Do not upload content you have no right to hold or share. Where you enter data about someone else — a family member’s health record, a client’s books, an athlete’s training data — you confirm you are entitled to do so.

You keep ownership of what you put in. We store and process it to run the application for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models.

You can ask for an export or a deletion at any time. If your access ends, ask before you need the data rather than after.

Some applications connect to services you already use, such as a bank through Plaid or a social or podcast platform. Those connections are yours to make and to revoke, and your use of each of those services remains governed by that service’s own terms. We request read-only access wherever it is offered.

Several applications organize sensitive material, and it is worth being explicit about the limits of what that means:

• Health Organizer is a record-keeping tool. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a clinician.
• Cashflow, Accounting Ledger and Capital Intelligence are record-keeping and analysis tools. They are not financial, investment, tax or accounting advice.
• Human Performance is a training-data tool, not a clinical or diagnostic system.
• Where an application uses an AI model to summarize or suggest, its output is a starting point for a human decision, not a conclusion. Check it.

These are private applications run at small scale. They may be unavailable for maintenance or because something broke, and no uptime is promised. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

You can stop using an application at any time and ask for your account to be closed. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if it is necessary to protect other people’s data, or if an application is retired — in which case we will give you a reasonable chance to export what is yours.

The applications are provided as they are, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Stallion is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data where you had the ability to keep your own copy.

If these terms change materially, we will say so rather than quietly updating the date at the top.
